Joined Highline in February 2017 to oversee human-resources operations

Bio:
Jonas Croft serves as Highline Warren’s Chief Human Resources Officer. He is responsible for the company’s people and culture strategy, benefits and compensation, training and development, as well as the company’s diversity, equity and inclusion strategy.
He joined Highline Aftermarket as vice president of human resources in February 2017, bringing more than 20 years of experience in human resources and organizational development across a variety of functional areas, including distribution, manufacturing, sales, customer service and corporate functions. When Highline Aftermarket and Warren Distribution combined in 2020, Jonas assumed the role of Chief Human Resources Officer.
Prior to Highline Warren, Jonas served as vice president of human resources for Williams Sonoma, a $5 billion multi-chain retailer of high-quality products for the home. During his tenure, Jonas developed staffing plans and led recruiting efforts to hire 2,500+ distribution center and 1,000+ customer service seasonal employees for the holiday peak season and created and instituted a distribution operations training program for all fulltime and seasonal new employees.
Before Williams Sonoma, Jonas held a variety of leadership roles at AutoZone, including director of human resources for supply, director of human resources for commercial and manager of corporate human resources.
Jonas serves on the board of the New Memphis Talent Collaborative, an organization dedicated to building, growing and attracting strong talent to the Memphis area.
Jonas is a graduate of the University of Tennessee–Martin. He has also taken advanced business courses at the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management.
He resides in Memphis, Tenn. with his two children.
