Bio:

Francois Longin serves as Highline Warren’s chief manufacturing officer overseeing all aspects of the company’s manufacturing operations and footprint.

He has a proven record in the manufacturing space and is accountable for the operational excellence, delivery, safety and distribution from the company’s nine manufacturing facilities across the U.S.

Francois joined Highline Warren in 2022 as vice president of manufacturing. With more than 25 years of experience in the space, Francois brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise and results to his role.

Prior to Highline Warren, he was vice president of operations at Altium Packaging. He was responsible for 33 North American manufacturing plants. He managed more than 1,000 employees, generated $450 million in annual sales and was accountable for the financial health of the Canadian operations.

Before Altium Packaging, Francois held progressive leadership roles at The Clorox Company. Prior to leaving Clorox, he was responsible for 10 manufacturing locations with 1,200 teammates and generated $1.6 billion in sales. During his 17 years at the company, he established a world-class safety culture, drove productivity up by 15% at two of the largest production sites, reduced inventory to help improve cash flow and managed supply chain discussions with large customers to help increase volume growth.

He started his career at Saint-Gobain, a $30 billion multi-national French conglomerate.

Francois holds a Finance degree from Saint Louis University. He lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and they have six children.
