Brad Moreschi

As Highline Warren’s president and chief operating officer, Brad Moreschi is responsible for the company’s operating and financial functions. He oversees the company’s distribution, supply chain, manufacturing, finance and technology teams. He was named to the role in January of 2025 and has global leadership in strategic operational and financial transformations across large enterprises. 

Brad joined Highline Warren in 2021 as chief financial officer (CFO). During his nearly four years as CFO, he spearheaded the transformation of Highline Warren’s financial function, re-engineered the company’s integrated business planning and implemented several financial technology programs, which have contributed to significant value creation for many stakeholders. 

Before joining Highline Warren in 2021, Brad served as the senior vice president of strategic initiatives, vice president of operational excellence and division CFO – consumer tire group ($7B sales) for Bridgestone Americas. In these roles, Brad led enterprise-wide initiatives delivering significant cost, working capital and process improvements as well as M&A execution. Prior to Bridgestone, he held several senior finance leadership positions at Proctor & Gamble (P&G) and The Gillette Company, including CFO of male grooming North America ($4B sales) and global Prestige Fragrances ($3B sales). 

Brad was named Memphis Business Journal’s CFO of the Year for large private companies in the city. He is passionate about people and talent development, as well as causes that support financial literacy, health and education. 

Brad earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from Northeastern University. He and his wife, Cathie, reside in Memphis, Tenn. and have three adult children
