Highline Aftermarket announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of Camco Manufacturing’s Liquids division (Liquids). Liquids is a leading nationwide manufacturer of windshield wash, RV antifreeze, and diesel exhaust fluid, including private label products, with plants in Leominster, MA, Reidsville, NC, Elkhart, IN, and Albany, OR. Longstanding Liquids employees are joining the Highline team to provide continuity for customers and to continue building world-class operations to support Highline’s growth.
These employees and facilities will join Highline’s seven existing blending and filling plants to form the industry’s largest and most efficient nationwide network for producing and distributing selected liquids and chemicals for the automotive, RV, and marine markets. Highline continues to invest rapidly to expand its blending and filling capabilities, and the addition of these Liquids plants represents a substantial increase in capacity. Will DuBose, President of Manufacturing, will continue to lead Highline’s blending and filling business.

RV antifreeze was the first product ever produced by Camco, back in 1966, says Keith Cook, Sr. VP of Sales for Camco Manufacturing Inc., so it has been a key part of who we are for a very long time. Highline has the scale, product mix, and reach to make this business segment a perfect fit for their model. This transaction will allow Camco to focus exclusively on the RV and Hardware segments that drive our business. It is a win-win for Camco, Highline, and all our customers.
