Hired as CEO of Highline Aftermarket to drive strategic direction of the company in fall 2016

Bio:
Darcy Curran serves as Highline Warren’s chief executive officer and a member of the company’s Board of Directors, overseeing financial, strategic and commercial outcomes. He joined Highline Warren’s predecessor company, Highline Aftermarket, as president and CEO in September 2016. He maintained his role as CEO following the combination of Highline Aftermarket and Warren Distribution in 2020.
With more than 35 years of experience in operational optimization, he is an accomplished executive with extensive knowledge of distribution operations and supply chain management, as well as a demonstrated ability to successfully drive commercial and customer-focused objectives.
Prior to Highline Warren, Darcy served as senior vice president of Wolseley Canada, a division of Ferguson PLC and a $30 billion distributor of plumbing, heating and building-supply products in the U.S., Canada and Europe. He had overall commercial, operational and fiscal responsibility for $1.3 billion in sales, 2,500 employees and 120 branch locations. While at Wolseley, Darcy built a strong management team, created an autonomous company in Canada and established a product-driven profit strategy. In addition, he rebranded the Canadian business unit, transforming 13 distinct brands into one nationwide identity, and acquired and integrated four companies.
Darcy also held various senior regional roles at Ferguson Enterprises in the company’s U.S. operation, including leading its Colorado, New England and Mid-Atlantic regions.
He is an active leader in the industry, serving on the Board of Advisors for MEMA, an association that champions the needs of companies in the automotive aftermarket and original equipment supplier space.
Darcy holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of William & Mary and now serves on the Board of Trustees for the William & Mary Foundation. He has taken advanced business courses at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, the International Institute for Management Development, in Lausanne, Switzerland, and Harvard Business School.
Darcy resides in Memphis, Tenn. He and his wife have three adult children.
