Bio:

Rebecca Fox is Highline Warren’s General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. In this role, she oversees the Company’s legal, corporate governance, regulatory affairs, EHS, and compliance functions, including the company’s risk management and ESG programs.

Rebecca joined Warren Distribution in 2010, managing the company’s legal, EHS and human resources functions. In 2020, when Highline Aftermarket and Warren Distribution combined, Rebecca assumed the role of senior vice president and general counsel. She brings a wealth of legal, people strategy and regulatory oversight experience to her role.  

Prior to joining Highline Warren, Rebecca was a partner at Kutak Rock, LLP where she represented institutional lenders, landlords and lessors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. She also represented investors, developers and institutional lenders in connection with commercial real estate financings and acquisitions and divestitures.

Rebecca is passionate about supporting women in the industry and is an advocate at Highline Warren and across the automotive aftermarket.

Rebecca holds a Juris Doctor from Creighton University and a Master’s degree from Cameron University. She has also taken executive education programs at Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Rebecca and her husband, along with their two dogs, live in Omaha, Nebraska.
